Diagnosis, medication, and therapy — one clinic.
Board-certified psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and serious mental illness. We treat conditions, not symptoms in isolation.

Ashley earned her Post-Master’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Johns Hopkins School of Nursing and holds both her Master of Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees from Montana State University. Her background in psychiatry, family practice, and emergency medicine allows her to approach each patient with a broad clinical perspective and a deep understanding of the complex relationship between mental health and overall well-being.
What we provide
Medication Management
Diagnostic Evaluation
Evidence-Based Therapy
Serious Mental Illness
Structured, protocol-driven therapy — CBT, trauma-focused approaches — delivered by licensed clinicians. Not open-ended talk sessions with no outcome measures.
Prescription evaluation, initiation, and ongoing adjustment by a board-certified psychiatrist — not a general practitioner filling a gap.
Comprehensive psychiatric assessments to establish a clinical diagnosis — depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and more.
Schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and treatment-resistant cases that require specialist-level management, not primary care referrals.

Care that reaches you — wherever you are.
Telehealth appointments are available for established and new patients who live beyond reasonable driving distance. Same clinicians, same standard of care — over a secure video connection.
Most major insurance plans cover telehealth psychiatric visits. We verify coverage before your first appointment.
Send a referral.
Primary care physicians, school counselors, and emergency providers can submit referrals directly. Appointments typically open within weeks.
